Over many years being at the forefront in technology and systems has been in the fabric of the Fergies commitment to its valued customers. Buying new equipment instead of second hand and training our staff to operate the latest technology drives Fergies to be an industry leader.
In 2013 Fergies management made a substantial commitment to further improve the knowledge of our team, establishing a two year competitive systems and practices training program for all employees.
This dynamic training system offered the unique experience of group and individual training delivered in workshops and on the job. It ensured practical application of learning in our workplace so our staff could enjoy training and were able to apply new skills and knowledge.
We are proud of all our employees who have now completed either a certificate IV or diploma. We see this as a positive step forward in leading the communications industry in training.
