Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this “Privacy Statement” to explain our position.
Fergies does not sell or share the personal information it receives directly and/or from third parties. This Privacy Statement covers the information practices of Fergies and applies to information submitted and collected through various channels. This Privacy Statement and our privacy practices may vary as required by local law.
The information we collect
To use certain parts of Fergies online services or in replying to Fergies quotes and direct mail campaigns, or in setting up an account you may be required to complete a form and provide contact information. Typically we receive information such as a name, address, contact phone numbers, your company name, role within your company and email address. Collected personal information may be enhanced or merged with data from third parties and social media. This information helps us to communicate back to you. If you are making a purchase online, we will also require your credit/debit card information, expiration date, billing address, shipping address and related information. For security purposes we also may ask for personally identifiable information that you choose to provide to us. This is collectively referred to as “Personal Information” in this Privacy Statement.
In addition Fergies receives personal information from third party providers to process and despatch in a variety of ways including (but not limited by) freight, post, email etc. Typically we receive information such as a name, address, contact phone numbers, company name, role within company and email address. This personal information is managed in a secure environment using secure processes.
How we use personal information
Fergies does not sell or share this Personal Information. From time to time we use this information to communicate with you in a variety of ways to:
- Process an order you place for a product or service;
- Respond to questions;
- Provide technical and customer support;
- Provide product news, promotions, information about events, products and services updates.
- Enable online shopping;
- Notification of special promotions and administrative matters;
- Contact you with surveys to help us improve the way we do business;

Contact may be made via email, telephone, direct mail, and other social media however you will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe (opt out) to one or all of these communication channels. In the case of third party provided information, all correspondence should be directed directly to the third party as Fergies does not have any knowledge of, or authority, so will not respond to queries about supplied third party personal information.
Do we share your information
Fergies policy is not to sell or share any personal information collected by the company.
In the case of sub-contractors (e.g. Freight/delivery & communication channels), Fergies requires that any third parties protect the confidentiality of personal information they collect or have access to in the course of their engagement by Fergies.
Fergies reserves the right (under exceptional circumstances) to disclose the information it receives if Fergies believes (in good faith) such disclosure is necessary to comply with an applicable law or legal process, to avoid liability for Fergies and/or its sub-contractors. Furthermore Fergies reserves the right to disclose the information it receives if it suspects that an individual or company has provided fraudulent or illegal information, has committed an illegal, fraudulent or wrongful act or omission, has attempted to pose as someone else, or has attempted an unauthorized use or access of any communication channel.
Fergies always assumes (in good faith) that personal information provided by individuals or companies for processing has been collected in a manner which complies with local laws. Third party individuals or companies who provide personal information to Fergies agree to indemnify Fergies against any possible action (legal or otherwise) in the event that it is proven the information it provided has been collected through fraudulent or illegal communication channels.

While Fergies cannot guarantee complete and absolute security of the information we collect or receive, we have implemented commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial processes including periodic review and upgrade processes to minimise the risk of unauthorized access to, and improper use of, personal information. Due to continuous advancement in technology we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information will always remain secure.
